She's only a freshmen but Kaitlyn Allee is already making a big splash in the MIAC swimming ranks and figures to be a factor whent he league holds its annual meet next month. Last Friday, Allee was in excellent form, winning a pair of races in the Pipers' 111-103 setback to UM-Morris. 

Kaitlyn won the 100 Freestyle in 1:03.86. She came back to lead a 1-2-3  Hamline finish in the 100 Breaststroke 91:14.09). The next afternoon, she changed lengths and handled the field at St. Mary's in the 200 Breaststroke (2:33.75). She also was thrid int he 500 Mixed freestyle (2:33.71). 

This weekend, Allee and her teammates get another double dip inthe pool. The Pipers host Concordia Friday, January 30 at 6:00 p.m. and comeback the next day to swim at the St. Catherine Invite.
