The Piper men's track and field team won four events at last weekend's MIAC Indoor Championships, finishing third with 115.5 points.

It was a significant improvement from the year before. And one of the big reasons why was the foursome who won their individual events and share Athlete of the Week honors on the men's side.

Will Warmka set a McNeely Spectrum record when he took the 600 Meter Dash in 1:22.22.

Amani Lee took the Triple Jump with 45-10 3/4, edging out teammate Travis Latzke (44-4 1/4).

Mark Volker continued his domination in the Pole Vault, winning with a 15-1 1/2 performance.

Latzke leaped past the competition to win the Long Jump (22-2 1/2).
