STEVENS POINT, WIS.—The Hamline University swim & dive teams competed at the UW-Stevens Point Invite on Friday and Saturday. The Piper women took fourth place with 202.5 points, while the men also claimed fourth with a 160. UW-La Crosse (1371.5) took home the women's title, and Gustavus (1128.5) won the men's crown.

WOMEN

Sila Yurttas prevailed with a third-place time of 2:34.09 in the 200-yard breaststroke, and a fourth-place mark of 2:17.11 in the 200-yard IM. Ellsa Sorenson-Wagner's 2:21.67 in the 200-yard backstroke put her in 12th place.

MEN

Kevin Bossou took fourth place in the 3-meter dive with a 441.65, and fifth place in the 1-meter dive with a 405.95. Gus Shaffer notched an 11th-place time of 2:11.40 in the 200-yard backstroke. 

Up next is the Hamline Piper Red Invite at the Bush Center Pool on Saturday, February 1 at 12 p.m.
